        INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

[STEP 1] 
Start by extracting the zip file which you downloaded from our website.

Upload the PhpStart folder to your web server.

        [STEP 2 FAQ]
        Q. Can I rename "PhpStart"?
        A. Yes but you should do it now, before installation. If you wish you may also upload files and folders
	   contained within PhpStart to your wwwroot folder. Remember though that the PhpStart folder works
	   quasi-independantly of your PhpStart script so you may instead wish to rename your PhpStart 
	   application or upload its files to your wwwroot. Your PhpStart application is by default contained
	   within the PhpStart folder but you can move it anywhere that you wish.

[STEP 3]
CHMOD the file PhpStart/includes/mysql.php and PhpStart/appimage/ to 777 (read, write, 
execute permissions for all).

	Q. CHMOD is not working on my server!
	A. No problem. Open PhpStart/include/mysql.php in a plain text editor such as notepad & fill out
	   the configuration options within. Follow the instructions included within mysql.php and ignore
	   steps 5 and 6.

Create a MySQL database on your server.

        Q. How do I create a MySQL database? 
        A. Visit www.idevspot.com

Open your web browser and go to : 
http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/PhpStart/install/install.php

        [STEP 5 FAQ]
        Q. I get a 404 not found, why?
        A. Did you substitute YOURDOMAIN for your ACTUAL domain?

[STEP 6]
Fill out the installation form. You will need to enter a host (which is usally
"localhost" without quotes but can somtimes be "mysql" or the IP 
address of your server. You will also need to enter your database name
database username and database password.

You will also need to choose a PhpHostBot admin username, password
and email address.

Click "Install".

        [STEP 6 FAQ]
        Q. I get  the message : "SQL Error : No Database Selected".
        A. You have incorrectly entered host, database name, database 
        username or database password.

If installation was successful you will be asked to log in to PhpStart's multi-script administration area.

Delete the file PhpStart/install/doinstall.php & /install/alt_install.php from your web server.
